Preorder Overview
What are the bundles?
There will be 3 bundles available for the preorder. Each bundle comes with 3 overlays total for basketball, baseball, and American football, so that fans will be able to watch NBA, MLB, and NFL games from home.
Who is the Device-Only bundle a good option for?
The Device-Only bundle is a great option for fans who want to make a subscription decision in the future, whether buying the device as a gift for someone else or themselves. Plus, if fans are eagerly awaiting sports we plan to launch in the future, such as soccer or hockey, now would be a great time to purchase the device at a low cost and buy the subscription when their favorite sport becomes available.
How much does it cost?
The device-only bundle will cost $349, the 3-month prepaid subscription bundle will cost $395, and the 12-month subscription prepaid subscription bundle will cost $499. These are discounted exclusively for the preorder period.
When will devices ship?
Preordered devices will be delivered around December 2026. We will keep all customers updated.
Can I return my device?
You may return your device within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please reach out to help@onecourt.io for more information.
Can I give OneCourt as a gift?
Yes! The preorder is perfect for a gift, as the prepaid bundles allow fans to experience sports at a discounted rate without worrying about subscription billing upfront.
What payment methods will you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, debit cards.
What financing options are available?
Afterpay and Klarna are available as financing options.
Will I be charged immediately or when the device ships?
You'll be charged now, at the time of order to hold your place in the shipping order. Warranty coverage will not begin until the device is shipped.
Can I change or cancel my preorder after placing it?
You’ll be able to cancel your preorder within 30 days of placing your order. Please email help@onecourt.io for details.
Can I join the preorder if I live outside the United States?
No. This preorder is exclusively for fans within the United States.
What’s the warranty?
The device has a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship.
I'd like to buy multiple devices for an organization or my business use. Is this the right time to order?
Not yet. An enterprise offer is coming in the future that will be a better fit for organizations, schools, and the like. Please email help@onecourt.io with your organization’s details to indicate your interest in the enterprise offer.
Hardware & Specifications
How does it work?
Our tablet-sized device uses haptics, or trackable vibrations, to relay key events and spatial positioning of the ball so you can feel the game-play with your fingertips. As the ball moves, you will feel the vibration on the device moving. Specific aspects of the game are communicated with different vibration patterns. Our haptic language is conveyed in real-time, empowering users to experience the game live!
Our device connects to your phone via the OneCourt app where it receives the required data from the network in stadiums and arenas. You will need a phone or tablet to access the game content through the OneCourt app.
Sound is available in a few ways. Audio plays through the app to give action specific narratives, such as “pass”, “catch”, and “score.”. You can also listen to your favorite radio, TV or streaming audio of a game. To do this, sync the OneCourt haptic game play to the delayed audio of those broadcasts. We will have a tutorial available for fans to refer back to.
How does the device access game content?
The device is wireless but requires either Wi-Fi or Cellular to access game content through the OneCourt app.
What are the device dimensions and weight?
The device weighs 1.3 lbs (19.5 ounces) and measures 11.25 inches by 5.75 inches by 1 inch. The weight is similar to that of an iPad Pro, with the dimensions being between an iPad Pro and a Nintendo Switch.
What's included in the preorder?
The OneCourt Tactile Tablet, 3 interchangeable sport overlays, and 1 USB-C charger.
What's the battery life?
8 hours.
How fast does it charge?
Get a full charge in 6 hours.
Do I need to keep the device plugged in to stream the games?
No. The device operates wirelessly.
Is OneCourt waterproof or water resistant?
No. Please treat the OneCourt device as you would a laptop or a tablet and protect it from spills and drops.
Does it include radio? Or audio of any kind?
Yes, the audio is a simple narrative of the game action. To follow along on a separate broadcast, sync the OneCourt device to that broadcast for a richer game experience.
Do I need to know braille to use the device? What language is the audio in?
No, the OneCourt experience does not require fans to know how to read braille. For preorders, the only language supported is English. We aim to expand to more languages in the future.
Content & Sports
Which sports do I get in the preorder?
This preorder is limited to basketball, baseball, and American football. We have other sports in our product roadmap and will announce them in the future.
Will Women’s sports be available?
Women’s sports are not available at this time due to data limitations. We hope to offer these games in the future.
Will College Sports be available?
College sports are not available at this time due to data limitations. We hope to offer these games in the future.
Will I have access to games from all teams?
Yes, the OneCourt at-home experience supports all teams in the NBA, MLB, and NFL.
Can I tune into live games from home?
Yes!
Can I bring my device to an arena or stadium?
No. We do not recommend bringing the device to a venue due to data and latency limitations.
Subscription & Pricing
Why is a subscription needed? Do I need to have an external streaming service subscription?
A subscription is needed to continuously receive game content. You do not need to be subscribed to external streaming plans to use the at-home device.
When does my subscription start?
You get to decide when you want to activate your subscription — it will not start automatically. For example, if you’re waiting for the MLB season, you can start your subscription on Opening Day.
How much will the subscription cost after the trial period?
After your prepaid subscription duration ends, you can purchase the All-Access Subscription for $29.99 per month.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes.
Are there different subscription tiers with different features?
At this time, we only offer the All-Access Subscription, which grants fans access to all 3 sports we support. Individual sports subscriptions may be sold in the future.
Do preorder customers get any subscription discounts?
Yes, the subscription in the preorder bundle is deeply discounted for the initial 3 and 12 month periods.
Is the subscription billed monthly or annually?
For the preorder, the subscription is prebilled. Afterwards, it will be billed monthly.
Can I share my subscription with family members?
Yes, but please note that only one subscription will only connect to one device at a time. It is not possible to use a single subscription to broadcast to multiple devices.
What happens to my games if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, you will no longer have access to any games. If you reactivate the subscription, you will gain access to those games again.
Do I also need to subscribe to a TV package for these leagues?
No. All current season games are included in your OneCourt All-Access Subscription. Keep in mind, if you want the enhanced audio commentary of a radio or TV broadcast, that is available only during live games. OneCourt Audio is a simple narrative format that is available with all games.
Money is tight right now, can I buy in April?
Yes. The best prices are available for purchases made by 11:59 p.m. PT on Sunday March 29th but the preorder will be open for purchases after that time. Also, at checkout you will see payment by debit or credit cards as well as Klarna and Afterpay. Both Klarna and Afterpay offer payment over multiple weeks or months. Some offers may have interest applied.
